Description

The operations Coordinator supports daily operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient workflow within the organization. This role involves inventory management, procurement, documentation, and assisting with workshop operations.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

  • Basic knowledge of procurement and inventory systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimal supervision

  • Relevant work experience in oil and gas and marine industry will be added advantages

  • Ability to work outside of office hour if required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and regularly update inventory list to ensure accurate stock records

  • Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and tracking of incoming materials

  • Handle procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating with suppliers

  • Provide administrative support to operation team in term of documentation such as but not limited to Delivery order, Work completion report, daily Permit to work, equipment list, maintenance records, tools rental and work force time sheet.

  • Assist in workshop operations, project and facilities maintenance.

  • Perform general administrative duties to support operations

  • Any other relevant tasks assigned by superior
