Data Entry, Reconciliation, Preparation of weekly reports, Inventory management, deposits and encashment of cheques

Requirements

5 subjects CXC including Maths, English & Principles of Accounts and currently pursuing FIA/CAT or equivalent

Responsibilities

Posting of Cheque Payment Vouchers

Preparation of Payment vouchers

Updating of Cheque Registers

Prepare daily management reports

Bank and related parties reconciliation

Inventory management

Calculate employees time for payroll, etc
