Description

Ensure the efficient and effective distribution of all cigarette products, including proper merchandising across all sales outlets. Conduct daily reporting on distribution activities, monitor competitor brand activities, and track relevant social and economic factors that may positively or negatively impact sales performance.

Requirements

  • Sound secondary education with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate numerical reasoning and teamwork to ensure effective coverage and completion of tasks.

  • High level of integrity to ensure honesty and transparency at all times.

  • Experience in driving motor vans.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure product availability in all outlet services.

  • Fully service all outlets within the specified route.

  • Deliver products to customers in the correct quantity and quality.

  • Carry out merchandising activities, ensuring all dispensers and other secondary in-store merchandising materials are clean and well kept to support product rotation and maintain product quality in all outlets.

  • Accurately reconcile sales and cash on a daily basis.

  • Ensure the proper use and care of distribution vans.

  • Provide information regarding competitor brand activities and any social and/or economic activities that may impact sales performance.

  • Support security measures to ensure the safe completion of all staff activities.

  • Perform any other work-related duties that may be assigned.
