Description

*Proven experience in marketing and sales role within a B2B environment, preferably in office furniture or related industries.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships.

*Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and sales performance.

*Proficiency in marketing software & tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms, MS Office)

*Ability to work independently, prioritize task, and meet deadlines in fast- paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5 CXC Subjects inclusive of Math's and English with grades no less that Grade 3

  • Computer Literate

  • Knowledge in QB

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel

Responsibilities

*Coordinate all marketing & sales activities to meet company objectives and revenue targets.

*Develop & implement marketing campaigns to promote Starcomm's products and services to targeted sectors, including corporate, government, financial institutions, and construction industries.

*Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for up-selling & cross- selling office furniture solutions.

*Prepare regular sales reports.

*Other duties that may be assigned.
