Description

To drive company growth by actively acquiring new commercial accounts, executing heavy-asset sales, and maintaining a rigorous after-sales follow-up routine to capture ongoing revenue from workshop servicing and spare parts.

Requirements

·         Atleast 5 Subjects CXC

·         2–3 years of verified success in heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or industrial supply sales would be an asset

·         Computer/Excel Proficiency

·         Customer Service skills

Responsibilities

·         New Business Acquisition (Bringing in Customers): Proactively source, greet, and engage new commercial clients, contractors, and fleet managers. Conduct thorough operational assessments to understand their site conditions, payload demands, and project scopes to assist them in selecting the right heavy machinery or vehicle packages based on their technical needs and capital budget.

·         Deal Closure & Financial Consulting: Guide clients through commercial acquisition paths by clearly explaining available financing options, leasing structures, loan terms, and warranty packages. Assist clients in accurately completing all necessary procurement and compliance paperwork to close the sale.

·         Proactive Lifecycle Follow-Up: Maintain an organized, ongoing follow-up schedule with past buyers via phone, email, and direct on-site visits. Continuously check in to ensure they are fully satisfied with their machinery and to build long-term brand loyalty.

·         After-Sales Revenue Generation (Servicing & Parts): Actively monitor the operational health of sold equipment. Anticipate client maintenance cycles to cross-sell scheduled workshop servicing, preventative field maintenance, and bulk heavy spare parts packages before breakdowns occur.

·         Inquiry Handling & Problem Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding machinery performance, parts compatibility, or service lead times. Handle and resolve all client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to secure UMS’s reputation.
