Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or associate Degree in Marketing or equivalent field

  • Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office and general computer skills

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Proactive and team player

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong active listening skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Experience managing social media pages (personal or business)

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Carry out marketing initiatives as planned.

  • Interact with suppliers, vendors, and other interested parties.

  • Gather information for marketing reports & analyses

  • Preparation of reports.

  • Make and carry out strategies to increase brand recognition.

  • Manage social media platforms

  • Plan, Execute & evaluate Promotions

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries

  • Assist with promotions, ads, and campaigns

  • Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas
