We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales / Executive Support Assistant based in Guyana to support our business development and executive operations. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who excels in communication, organization, and multitasking, and is comfortable working with U.S. based clients and teams.
You will play a key role in supporting outreach efforts, managing executive tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across sales and leadership functions.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales support, executive assistance, customer service, or a related role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (clear, professional, and confident)
Experience with lead generation, outreach, or appointment setting is a strong advantage
Ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based clients and teams
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Slack, and CRM platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Background in digital marketing, business development, or administrative support
Experience working in remote or international teams
Familiarity with sales pipelines, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or outreach tools
Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Identify and engage with decision-makers, including business owners and executives
Qualify leads and assess potential business opportunities
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and appointments for the sales team and executives
Provide administrative and operational support to executives as needed
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and activities in CRM systems or tracking tools
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
Support outreach campaigns and contribute to messaging and process improvements
Ensure professional and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders
