Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or Soil Science
Strong knowledge of crop production and soil management
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fieldwork experience and ability to work outdoors (1-2 years)
Strong communication skills for advising teams and management
Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and recommend improvements
Monitor crop growth and health, identifying diseases, pests, and deficiencies
Develop and implement crop management plans (planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization)
Provide recommendations on fertilizers, pesticides, and soil treatments
Carry out field trials and research to improve crop yield and quality
Advise management/farm teams on best agricultural practices and innovations
Maintain records of crop performance, weather conditions, and soil data
Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and environmental standards
Support sustainable farming practices to reduce environmental impact
Liaise with suppliers, researchers, and agricultural authorities
