Description

The operations Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing logistics for personnel, including transportation, accommodation, and meals. This role ensures smooth coordination of travel and daily arrangements to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple bookings and schedules simultaneously

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel, Microsoft word.

  • Flexibility to respond to urgent or changing operational needs including outside office hour

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate transportation for personnel embarking and disembarking

  • Book and manage accommodation based on project or operational needs

  • Organize meals and catering for crew, including special requirements where applicable

  • Liaise with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and catering services

  • Maintain schedules and ensure timely bookings and confirmations

  • Track and manage logistics-related expenses and documentation

  • Handle last-minute changes or emergencies in travel or accommodation plans

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints

  • Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and vendor agreements

  • Any other relevant task assigned by superior
