The operations Coordinator is responsible for organizing and managing logistics for personnel, including transportation, accommodation, and meals. This role ensures smooth coordination of travel and daily arrangements to support operational efficiency.

Arrange and coordinate transportation for personnel embarking and disembarking
Book and manage accommodation based on project or operational needs
Organize meals and catering for crew, including special requirements where applicable
Liaise with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and catering services
Maintain schedules and ensure timely bookings and confirmations
Track and manage logistics-related expenses and documentation
Handle last-minute changes or emergencies in travel or accommodation plans
Ensure compliance with company policies and budget constraints
Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and vendor agreements
