Bilingual Operations Assistant

The Bilingual Operations Assistant will support the company’s security operations by providing translation and communication assistance between employees, management, and Spanish-speaking personnel. The successful candidate will help ensure clear and accurate communication, assist with operational coordination, and support daily administrative and operational activities as needed.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, etc.)

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Previous administrative, customer service, or operations experience would be an asset

• Must be a Guyanese National

• Provide verbal and written translation in English and Spanish

• Assist in communication between employees, management, and Spanish-speaking personnel

• Support daily security operations through effective coordination and communication

• Relay operational information accurately and professionally

• Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities

• Prepare or translate reports, messages, and other documents as needed
