We are seeking a motivated and results-driven CDL A Driver Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified CDL A drivers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience recruiting within the transportation or logistics industry.
Previous recruiting experience preferred, especially within trucking, logistics, or transportation
Knowledge of CDL A driver requirements and DOT compliance is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume recruitment
Experience using recruitment platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Source and recruit qualified CDL A drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams regarding staffing requirements
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines
