The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in executing ShawCorp’s digital marketing strategy. This position requires a highly creative individual with strong graphic design skills, hands-on experience with Canva, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional design tools (Adobe Suite is a plus)
Knowledge of content marketing strategies
Basic video editing skills
Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design high-quality marketing materials using Canva (social media posts, flyers, ads, presentations, etc.)
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content
Create engaging graphics, short videos, and promotional assets
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Write compelling captions and adapt messaging for different audiences
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community presence
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze social media and campaign performance
Generate reports on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
Use insights to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness
Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Support email marketing and promotional initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience using Canva for graphic design (portfolio required)
Strong eye for design, layout, and branding
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
Excellent written communication skills
Highly organized with attention to details
