Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for providing strategic support while actively prospecting new and existing clients. This hybrid role supports both Sales and Support functions, working closely with the Key Account Manager and Account Executive to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver holistic business solutions.
The BDM manages customer relationships from initial contact through post‑sale support, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and skilled at identifying both explicit and implicit client needs while ensuring compliance with all ONE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Sales & Marketing, Economics, or related field
OR 4+ years of related experience/training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership and creative thinking abilities.
Proven ability to drive sales and manage multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Business sales experience is an asset but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships within the Top-Tier portfolio.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with departmental goals.
Prospect for new clients through calls, email, direct outreach, events, and referrals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, conferences, and community events.
Develop and recommend effective business solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close agreements, including contract renewals, to maximize profitability.
Manage the full sales process including pricing, acquisition, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
Stay informed about industry developments and best practices to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams on pricing proposals, service implementation, and solution delivery.
Update and track leads daily using Salesforce CRM.
Prepare and submit periodic sales, operations, and performance reports.
Billing: Submit monthly invoices, account statements, debt reports, and service reports.
Debt Management: Provide payment breakdowns and submit the DNP list.
Respond to customer queries and escalate fault reports as needed.
Uphold company standards, values, and policies.
