We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join a growing remote team focused on high-ticket sales. This role involves engaging with warm leads, individuals who have already expressed interest through prior purchases and are exploring further solutions. This is not cold calling.
Candidates will be assigned to one of two specialized sales tracks based on their strengths and performance:
Setter Track: Responsible for initiating contact, building rapport, qualifying prospects, and scheduling discovery calls. You serve as the first point of contact in the sales journey.
Closer Track: Responsible for conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully closing sales.
Minimum of 2 year experience in outbound sales, phone sales, or a call center environment
Strong communication skills with a confident and personable phone presence
Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and improve continuously
High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
Experience in wellness, coaching, or consultative sales is an asset
Make outbound calls to pre-qualified, warm leads
Follow structured call frameworks while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
Identify customer needs, goals, and challenges through effective questioning
Present relevant solutions clearly and confidently
Address objections professionally using a consultative approach (no aggressive sales tactics)
Send secure checkout links promptly after verbal agreement
Accurately log all call activities and outcomes in the CRM system
Participate in daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews
