Strong Experience in HR coordination, administration, and operations support
Dynamic organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to operate independently while supporting a broader team
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling
Support payroll preparation and benefits administration, responding to employee queries
Manage office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and internal coordination
Assist with policy updates, compliance, and HR documentation
Support company events, internal communications, and team coordination
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies
