Magua Risk Consulting Inc. / ACIL is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Administrative Coordinator to support internal operations, people processes, and office management functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment, with the ability to balance HR coordination and administrative oversight.

Requirements

  • Strong Experience in HR coordination, administration, and operations support

  • Dynamic organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

  • Ability to operate independently while supporting a broader team

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening and interview scheduling

  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration, responding to employee queries

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, scheduling, and internal coordination

  • Assist with policy updates, compliance, and HR documentation

  • Support company events, internal communications, and team coordination

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies
