The Chief Marketeer / Marketing Manager will lead and manage the Group’s marketing function, with primary responsibility for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, market penetration, and increased sales performance. The role requires strong expertise in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) marketing and leadership of the marketing team for Cirkel Distributors.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a senior marketing management role.

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Apply strong knowledge of QSR marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and senior management to support revenue targets.
Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
Represent the company in public engagements, marketing events, and stakeholder interactions.
