HR & People Coordinator

are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR & People Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR operations of our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, coordinating training, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.

• CXC / High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred. Bachelors Degree or HR training is a plus.

• Experience in administrative, clerical, or HR support roles is an asset

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in HR

• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.

• Support recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, coordination)

• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new hires

• Track employee attendance, timesheets, and leave records

• Support HR compliance processes

• Support the coordination of training sessions and staff development activities

• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and culture activities.

• Ensure confidentiality of all employee information at all times
