This position will be responsible for research and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, partnerships and services or new ways of reaching markets.
In addition, the incumbent will be required to generate new sales leads, negotiate client pricing, and forecast sales revenue, all to support the organization to maximize their profits.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Excellent time management skills.
Owns a vehicle and the ability to drive manual vehicles and ‘G’ rated vehicles is a plus.
Create a sales pipeline with a heavy focus on the Environmental lines as well as IRPG’s other products and services.
Assist in developing strategic action plans to manage territory and reach company/individual sales targets.
Increase the Company’s sales by developing and executing the business sales and marketing strategy.
Prepare sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management/the Board of Directors.
Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers where necessary.
Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
