• Bachelor’s Degree inMarketing, Business, or related field

• 5+ years experience in a senior marketing role

• Strong leadership, creativity, and analytical skills

• Experience in retail or FMCG is an asset

• Develop and execute group-wide marketing strategies

• Lead brand launches, campaigns, and promotional calendars

• Manage digital, in-store, and event marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with international brand partners

• Oversee content, PR, and social media direction

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
