4-6 years Degree/Diploma Project Manager civil engineering or Agricultural

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and project life cycle management

• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely completion of project deliverables

• Experience with Inspection processes and ensuring quality standards, 4-6 years' experience in similar role

• Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee supply chain and resource allocation

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role and PMP certificate (Project Management Professionals) is highly desirable

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Georgetown. The Project Manager will lead and execute large scale agricultural projects by ensuring on-time planting, cost control, and targeted yield performance. Oversee land development (clearing, soil preparation, planting to harvest), Manage mechanization operations, prepare weekly and monthly reports for management level updates, Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and sustainability teams, managing logistics, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills to ensure project deliverables align with company goals.
