To provide reliable, fast, and consistent technical support across all company locations, ensuring all IT systems (POS, CCTV, network, and devices) are fully operational with minimal downtime.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT systems and networking
Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation
Familiarity with POS systems and CCTV (preferred)
Ability to travel between locations
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Respond to all IT-related issues from staff (in person or remote)
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
Provide support for POS systems, printers, and back-office computers
Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, and CCTV systems
Replace or repair faulty equipment
Maintain a record of all IT assets (location, condition, usage)
Monitor internet performance across all locations
Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, router problems)
Coordinate with service providers when necessary
Install and update operating systems and company software
Ensure antivirus and security systems are active and updated
Assist in maintaining POS and business system functionality
Ensure CCTV systems are functional at all locations
Assist management with footage retrieval when required
Maintain secure access to systems and passwords
Conduct routine checks on systems and equipment
Identify risks and report potential failures before they occur
Ensure backups are running properly
Maintain logs of all issues, repairs, and resolutions
Report recurring problems and recommend solutions
Keep updated records of passwords, systems, and configurations
