We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist with 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare, clinic, hospital, or medical office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling patient records, answering calls, and supporting the smooth daily operations of the clinic.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Clinic Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
Experience working in a clinic, hospital, medical office, laboratory, or healthcare facility.
Strong knowledge of appointment scheduling and patient registration procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and medical/clinic management systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy medical environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Medical Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field would be an asset.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Follow clinic policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Manage patient complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
