The Receivables Senior Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable across Elite Protection Services Inc and Related Companies. This role ensures timely billing, accurate recording of customer transactions, effective collections, and proper reconciliation of accounts.
Minimum of 2 year of accounting experience, previous receivables management experience would be an asset.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Currently pursing CAT or equivalent certification would be an asset.

Accounts Receivable Management
Process and record all customer invoices across EPS Inc. and Related Companies in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure that billing information is accurate and corresponds with contract requirements and quotations submitted.
Monitor the accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
Apply receipts to customer accounts in QuickBooks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Ensure all receipts are deposited and recorded in the accounting system daily.
Implement a structured collection system to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances.
Escalate long-outstanding or disputed accounts to management with detailed analysis.
Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in preparing audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Ensure all receivables transactions comply with EPS Inc policies and procedures.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for invoices, receipts, and customer correspondences.
Support external and internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in receivables management.
Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems or automation tools where applicable.
