We are seeking a strategic and process-driven Finance Manager to lead our financial department and establish a foundation of operational excellence. The primary focus of this role is to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that govern all financial activities. You will ensure that our multi-platform data is managed through structured, repeatable workflows that minimize error and maximize efficiency across all departments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of SOP development and implementation.
Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Odoo for centralized financial management and reporting.
Advanced operational knowledge of Lightspeed and its integration with accounting systems.
Familiarity with Time Station for labor cost analysis and payroll workflow design.
Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, instructional documentation for staff.
Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on change management and organizational process discipline.
Design and document robust SOPs for all core finance functions, including month-end closing, internal audits, and inter-platform data reconciliation.
Direct the preparation of all financial reports, ensuring they are produced according to established SOP timelines and standards.
Manage the technical integration and workflow between Lightspeed POS, and QuickBooks to ensure a "single source of truth" for financial data.
Lead the annual budgeting process and conduct monthly variance analysis to ensure departmental alignment with company goals.
Audit payroll and labor cost workflows to ensure all activities follow strict verification protocols.
Collaborate with all department heads to monitor spending, manage budgets, and ensure financial compliance across the entire organization.
Continuously review and optimize existing processes to digitize manual workflows and improve departmental scalability.
Protect the organization’s value by keeping all financial information strictly confidential.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders based on financial modeling and data-driven insights.
