Information Technology Manager

As the Information Technology Manager, you bring value to GKB by overseeing the development, implementation, and use of technology while working closely with staff to assess and address user and business needs.

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field

Minimum 10 years of IT experience

Manage the development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, cell phones, software applications, wireless services, handsets, and peripherals

Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance

Oversee systems development and enhancement, and the integration of new systems with existing systems

Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and end-users

Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements

Manage servers, security solutions, network hardware, and equipment

Responsible for required training and performing annual evaluations of Information Technology personnel

Ensure GKB electronic records are continuously backed up and maintained for an indefinite period

Follow, uphold, and promote the requirements of GKB’s safety program
