Description

The Operations Supervisor oversees daily security operations, ensuring efficient coordination and management of security officers while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role acts as a key liaison between security staff, clients, and management to support smooth and effective operations. The Operations Supervisor also assists with personnel supervision, documentation, reporting, and client relations.

Requirements

  • Certification or diploma in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operational supervisory, or security supervisory roles.

  • Knowledge of bidding, proposal preparation, and tender processes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, letters, SOPs, and internal documents.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital record-keeping tools.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively and manage confidential information with professionalism.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations across client sites, ensuring effective deployment and scheduling of officers.

  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, client contracts, and security protocols.

  • Act as liaison between officers, clients, and management, handling inquiries and communications promptly.

  • Draft, review, and update SOPs, maintain operational and vehicle records, and report incidents.

  • Address minor personnel issues, organize and track officer training, and monitor attendance.

  • Conduct weekly inspections of company vehicles and security equipment.

  • Assist with client onboarding, quotations, contract preparation, and attend client meetings.

  • Promote compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and assist with audits and inspections.

  • Support preparation of bids and tenders, and provide operational updates to management.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and company policies.
