The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our senior management team and executive directors, while serving as a professional point of contact for external entities on behalf of the Company.
Three (3) to five (5) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role will be an asset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and senior management.
Prepare weekly rosters and conduct daily verification of time and attendance for custodial staff via the PeoplePay system.
Follow up with external service providers in response to internal departmental reports and service requests.
Draft and distribute internal memoranda and correspondence as required.
Provide professional liaison support to external entities on behalf of the Company and executive directors.
