We are seeking an Office and Field Operations Coordinator to manage and organize office files, ensure efficient document processing, and handle payments and tasks offsite. Requirements include basic math and English, computer literacy, and a valid driver’s license. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, adaptable, and ready to work both in the office and on the road.

Requirements

* Proficiency in basic math and English communication (written and verbal).

* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

* Ability to write clearly and concisely.

* Valid driver’s license with a clean record (ability to drive a car or ride a bike as required).

* Attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Reliability and ability to manage tasks both in the office and on the road.

Responsibilities

* Organize, maintain, and manage office files (both physical and digital) ensuring easy access and retrieval.

* Ensure timely processing of documents and reports for office operations.

* Facilitate payments and document uplift offsite, traveling as required.

* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

* Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports as needed.

* Assist with basic office admin tasks, such as scheduling and communication.
