Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to support and grow our distribution division specializing in automotive car care products. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, increasing sales, delivering products, managing customer follow-ups, creating invoices, and collecting payments upon delivery.

This is a field-based role requiring daily travel, customer interaction, and strong sales ability. The ideal candidate must be driven, organized, professional, and capable of working independently while consistently achieving sales goals.

Monday to Friday: 8AM - 5PM
Saturday: 8AM - 3PM

• MUST have previous sales experience.

• MUST possess a valid driver’s licence.

• MUST be able to drive confidently and responsibly.

• MUST have a clean driving record.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Honest, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive products, distribution, or field sales is an asset.

• Experience handling invoices, deliveries, and payment collections preferred.

Sales & Business Development

• Actively seek and acquire new customers and sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Increase product sales and expand customer accounts.

• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and sales calls.

• Promote products professionally and confidently to customers.

Customer Relationship Management

• Create and maintain a customer outreach and follow-up schedule.

• Keep regular contact with clients to ensure stock is replenished when needed.

• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for additional sales.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Deliveries & Collections

• Deliver products safely and professionally to customers.

• Create invoices accurately for customer orders.

• Collect payments upon delivery and maintain proper records of collections.

• Ensure all deliveries, invoices, and payments are properly documented.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, collections, and customer information.

• Submit sales and collection reports to management.

• Ensure company vehicle and delivery procedures are handled responsibly.
