Senior Billing Clerk

The Senior Billing Clerk is responsible for overseeing and executing accurate billing processes, ensuring timely invoicing, and supporting the finance team in maintaining efficient revenue operations. This role involves reviewing billing data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client agreements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field will be a plus

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of billing procedures and financial systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

• Support audits by providing required billing documentation

• Train and guide junior billing staff when required
