Finance Manager

Cirkel Distributors Inc. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations. • Currently pursuing ACCA Level 2 or a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Finance Management or similar senior financial role

• Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and statutory compliance

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Department, including cash collections, deposits, credit control, payroll, billing, and financial reporting

• Manage, supervise, recruit, and evaluate accounting and finance staff

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and internal control systems

• Prepare and submit financial reports to the General Manager to support pricing, credit, and strategic decisions

• Present annual Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Auditors’ Reports to Management and the Board

• Ensure timely submission of statutory obligations, including VAT returns, PAYE, and NIS contributions

• Prepare, monitor, and control annual and periodic budgets, cash flows, and expenditures

• Ensure all cash collections are properly deposited, recorded, and secured in accordance with company policy

• Approve payment vouchers, petty cash transactions, and cheque payments after verification

• Monitor receivables to ensure collections remain within approved credit limits and periods

• Maintain and enforce effective internal control and risk management systems

• Perform other duties consistent with the role of Finance Manager
