COMPLIANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Zoon Logistics is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager to uphold operational standards across all branches.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or quality assurance

• Strong report writing and documentation skills

• High integrity, discretion, and ability to work independently

• Good communication and people management skills

• Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred

• ISO 28000 Lead Auditor Certificate, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) Certificate or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certificate

• Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits across all branches

• Evaluate all employees on SOP adherence

• Prepare compliance reports and submit findings directly to the CEO/MD

• Maintain a live Compliance Tracker and SOP Master Library

• Issue Corrective Action Notices and conduct follow-up audits

• Coordinate SOP retraining with HR and support new staff onboarding

• Promote a positive compliance culture across the organization
