Sales & Marketing Manager

RUDISA MOTOR COMPANY (GUYANA) LTD.

Rudisa Motor Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand its sales and marketing operations in Guyana.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales, including 5 years in a senior management role

• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or related industry an asset

• Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic planning skill

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and market share.

• Lead and manage sales operations, including government contracts, heavy equipment, and special projects.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.

• Oversee marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and market development activities.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.

• Manage departmental budgets, sales forecasting, and performance metrics.
