Description

Lead daily operations by supervising staff, ensuring quality output, managing inventory, handling cash, overseeing the delivery of excellent customer service, training team members, enforcing operations standards/ guidelines, fostering team cohesion through effective communication and ensuring performance targets are reached.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years proven experience in a similar role

  • Tertiary Education (Certificate/Diploma)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Able to work 12-14 hour shifts

  • Able to work on rotation ( 7 Days on/ 7 Days off
