Agents will be required to log into our dialer systems and make outbound calls to a list of specified customers for a full shift (4:00am to 2:00pm) One hour is assigned for breaks and lunch.
Previous call center sales experience is not required but would be an asset.
CXC subjects are not required.
Agents will be required to have the following to be considered for this job:

*Quiet/Private area to work-No background noise or distractions such as (loud talking, dogs, chickens, or noisy neighbors).
*Battery backup is a MUST.
*Stable internet connection over 20MBPS is a MUST.
*Laptop with over 4G RAM + 250GB HD
*Clear voice and accent - Standard clear well spoken Guyanese accent.
*Excellent time management skills.

Agents will be responsible for:
1) Speaking with customers directly to verify their home energy needs.
2) Confirming their information and documenting/updating customers' information in our systems.
