The Instructor will play a pivotal role in developing the skills and knowledge of our trainees. The incumbent will utilize a combination of classroom instruction and state-of-the-art simulator training to prepare individuals for success in their chosen field.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Energy sector.
Prior training experience, preferably in a classroom or simulation setting (a plus)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate trainees in a classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and informative classroom lectures on relevant theory, concepts, and procedures.
Develop and implement effective training programs using a blend of classroom instruction and simulator exercises.
Operate and maintain high-fidelity simulators, ensuring their functionality and effectiveness for training purposes.
Facilitate realistic scenarios within the simulator environment, allowing trainees to apply their knowledge and skills in a safe and controlled setting.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to trainees, helping them improve their performance and decision-making abilities.
Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, both written and practical, within the simulator and classroom setting.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements within your field.
Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum development and program effectiveness.
