We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bilingual English-Spanish Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in both English and Spanish to students, ensuring their proficiency and fluency in both languages. The ideal candidate will be passionate about language education, culturally sensitive, and committed to fostering a supportive learning environment where students thrive academically and linguistically.
A C.P.C.E. Certificate is preferred but not required.
A Degree in Education from the University of Guyana is preferred but not required.
Proven experience teaching in the aforementioned subject areas at the appropriate grade level.
Strong knowledge of the subject matter, curriculum frameworks, and instructional strategies for subject areas.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials for the subject areas following the curriculum guidelines and educational standards.
Develop and implement appropriate assessments strategies to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Assess student progress, provide timely and constructive feedback, and develop strategies for individualized instruction to support student growth.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, and communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress.
