Service Desk Analyst


Job Location

New Amsterdam, Guyana


The role is a mainly focusing on monitoring of all systems in an infrastructure, and troubleshooting to a certain degree.


  1. CompTIA Network+
  2. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  3. Any I.T related certificates and experiences


  • Level 1.5 Support
  • Basic troubleshooting skills. Ability to walk end-users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems.
  • Active monitoring of servers. Experience with VMware or other virtualized infrastructure a plus.
  • Performing regular checks on network hardware and software.
  • Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
  • Respond to alerts (server down, network down, application down) and escalate as needed.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors.
  • Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports.
  • Responding to user requests and providing network training.
  • Managing system backups and network security protocols.
