Provide an outstanding guest experience, managing phone, online and in person reservations, processing payments, maintaining accurate report of bookings, payments and guests' records, answer and forward phone calls. Flexibility to work from 12am-8am but must be available to occasional rotating shifts.
Experience is a plus but not mandatory. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, patience and tact, to be calm and organized even when working under pressure, the ability to accept constructive criticism, basic computer skills, to be able to work well with others and have exceptional attention to detail.
Checking guests in and out, verifying reservations, resolving complaints, basic administrative duties, billing, maintain an orderly front desk, arrange transportation for guests among other responsibilities.
