Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all phases of day-to-day store operation of the Store in accordance with overall company policy, to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability through effective utilization of personnel and other available resources. Develops strategic goals and objectives in conjunction with the Managing Director and leads the team of Associates in executing these goals and objectives.


  • Bsc. Business Administration or equivalent

  • Five years’ experience in a retail environment

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar position

  • Computer Literate (Excel and Word)

  • Great Written and Oral communication skills

  • Must have cash handling experience and be proficient in the operation of cash registers (POS systems) and customer service operations.

  • Managing all store associates

  • Promotes professional development of department associates.

  • Managing Stock

  • Performs other relevant duties as may be required.
