Description

As a FOTs Sales Support Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services in an outdoor setting and help to promote the overall brand.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Business Management/ Administration or equivalent

  • Five (5) CXC subjects including English Language and Mathematics

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target potential customers in outdoor locations such as events, trade shows, public gatherings, or high-traffic areas.

  2. Actively approach and engage with potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.

  3. Develop a deep understanding of the products or services you are selling to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.

  4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building.

  5. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.

  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, which may require working overtime during peak periods or special events.

  7. Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and process all transactions in the POS system.

  8. Prepare and submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.

  9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to better position our products or services.

  10. Other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
