We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator to join our team at WeSolve CX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our data strategy across all operating companies, ensuring comprehensive data availability in Salesforce Data Cloud to bolster our Marketing Cloud initiatives. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight, technical proficiency, and analytical prowess to maintain and optimize our data infrastructure in support of our marketing and campaign projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator or in a similar role managing Salesforce environments, preferably with certifications in Salesforce Administration.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data with a profound understanding of relational databases and data analysis tools.
Experience in managing data for marketing purposes, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead data strategy initiatives, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across various departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with data governance, data privacy standards, and compliance regulations relevant to data management.
Data Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of a coherent data strategy for all Internal Clients, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and marketing strategies.
Salesforce Data Cloud Management: Administer, configure, and manage the Salesforce Data Cloud environment, including data integration, data quality, and data security protocols to support marketing initiatives.
Marketing Cloud Integration: Ensure seamless data availability and integration between the Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms, enabling advanced data-driven marketing campaigns.
Data Roadmap Development: Craft and maintain a strategic data roadmap in alignment with marketing campaigns and project needs, anticipating future data requirements and infrastructure enhancements.
Data Audits and Quality Control: Conduct regular data audits, assess data quality, and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and reliability to support marketing objectives.
Analytical Support and Insight Generation: Utilize your analytical background to extract insights from complex data sets, assisting the marketing team in refining and optimizing campaign strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to foster a collaborative environment, ensuring data strategies and projects are well-integrated across departments.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data management, Salesforce ecosystems, and marketing analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
