Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales preferred

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences

  • Provide information on available vehicles, specifications, and pricing

  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements

  • Negotiate and finalize sales transactions in a professional manner

  • Collaborate with the finance department to arrange financing and payment options

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

  • Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories in the automotive industry

  • Attend sales meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
