Description

We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization platform, focusing on delivering a seamless and personalized customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This role requires a strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to ensure the effective implementation of site personalization and marketing campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing and utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

  • Experience in designing and executing personalized marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Site Mapping Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update site mapping to reflect changes on the websites of internal clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized user experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that leverage personalization to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

  • Technical Development: Utilize JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to create and customize personalized content, templates, and user experiences within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization environment.

  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer data, and leverage insights to optimize future campaigns and personalization strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal clients from marketing, sales, and IT teams to develop and implement cohesive personalization strategies that align with overall business goals.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Salesforce technology, and digital marketing best practices.
