We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excel and QuickBooks Specialist to join our team in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry. As an Excel and QuickBooks Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing financial data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a proficient understanding of Excel and QuickBooks, and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.


  • Proven experience as an Excel and QuickBooks Specialist or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions

  • Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and its various modules

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Excel spreadsheets to track and analyze financial data

  • Create and manage reports in Excel to facilitate financial decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

  • Should be able to interpret ideas and questions related to QuickBooks and Excel
