We are looking to recruit a reliable and committed Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for Crew Changes, Transportation Arrangements and other operational duties.
A minimum of a Diploma in Management or a related field
Minimum of two [2] years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Human Resources or a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of Immigration Processes and Travel Regulations.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit.
Detailed Oriented and highly organized.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Industry Regulations related to Logistics Operations and HSE Management.
Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems and other technologies.
Knowledge of Offshore Employment Certification would be an Asset.
Aptitude in problem- solving.
Desire to work in a team with a result driven approach.
Highly organized, resourceful and adaptable to change.
Assist with screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screening reference checks and background checks as needed.
Assist with overall interviews, selection and onboarding process.
Maintaining digital employee records.
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, Human Resource events and maintaining agendas.
Assist with physical logistics - National Insurance Scheme [N.I.S], Guyana Revenue Authority [G.R.A], Immigration: [Employment Visa, Landing Permits, and Work Permits].
Coordinate travel logistics for business trips, including: booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
