This roles entails carrying out basics administrative functions and at the same time assist in providing services to clients such as legal and management consultancy services.
Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects
A diploma in any related field.
At least one (1) year working experience in the similar role or field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files, records, and documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones, responding to inquiries, and professionally relaying messages.
Attending to clients and directing them to the relevant personnel
Preparation of all payment vouchers.
Record and keep track of stationery and cleaning supplies and preparation of memos for items needed.
Assist in the preparation of payment receipts
Preparation of clients’ legal and compliance documents.
