Senior Administrative Clerk


Job Location

Campbellville, Georgetown, Guyana.


This roles entails carrying out basics administrative functions and at the same time assist in providing services to clients such as legal and management consultancy services.


  1. Minimum five (5) CSEC subjects

  2. A diploma in any related field.

  3. At least one (1) year working experience in the similar role or field.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills


  • Review, organize and prepare regular correspondence

  • Review and optimize office policies and procedures

  • Prepare spreadsheets٫ statistical and budget reports

  • Overlook junior staff within the department

  • Assist in preparation of compliances for NIS & GRA.

  • Preparation of clients’ legal documents.
