Payroll System Liaison:

Block Logic Inc. is a team of spirited entrepreneurs who have exited the corporate world and have brought to bear our collective talents and expertise garnered over our 20+ years of experience in accounting and finance, operations, sales, and software engineering coupled with the skills of our Innovation Director, a freshly minted MIT postgraduate Mechanical Engineer to the applications we have developed and those on our development track. Block Logi Inc. is looking for a Payroll System liaison. If necessary, the "Payroll System Liaison" will identify prospects and manage meetings with those prospects and Block Logic Inc. senior management.

As a "Payroll System Liaison," it's your job to advise, guide, and manage our clients' onboarding process as they develop their payroll systems. Block Logic Inc. will have two types of customers, including but not limited to;

Business-to-business (B2B) clients are businesses that are associate partners of Block Logic Inc. and are typically at the C-level, operating in industries like

·        Chartered Accountants (Audit firms)

·         IT Firms

·         Business Consultants

·         HR Consultants

·         Payroll Outsourcing Companies

The ideal candidate is impressively networked with industry professionals, sociable, has a sound reputation, excels at presentations, has a knack for identifying and solving problems, is an excellent communicator, and is equally comfortable engaging C-level executives and line staff.  

Requirements

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have five years of experience in operations, business management, payroll processing or administration, or Human Resource Management.

Must have been directly or indirectly involved in payroll processing for 2+ years.

Self-motivated and able to work on their own

Own a reliable motor vehicle

Responsibilities

Engage at a minimum of 15 potential clients/week.

Visit at least five clients per week. They must be at the "C" level, which is CEO, CFO, COO, CAO, owner, or partner.

Arrange meetings with clients and Block Logic senior management.

Answer clients' queries in a timely and professional manner.

Attend strategic meetings with senior managers.
