We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Prep staff member at The Villagio Restaurant & Bar. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation tasks and ensure the kitchen operates smoothly to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.


1. Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory.

2. Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.

3. Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.

4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

5. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food quality and presentation standards.

6. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required.

8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


1. Assist in preparing ingredients and food items as per established recipes and standards.

2. Perform tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.

4. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.

5. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

6. Follow instructions from kitchen supervisors and managers.

7. Monitor and report low inventory levels to management.

8. Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.
