Farfan & Mendes Company is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Office Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for delivering and collecting invoices, cheque payments, mail and packages.
· Minimum of five (5) CSEC Subjects including Mathematics and English A or GTI Diploma or equivalent
· One (1) year experience in a similar role will be an asset
. Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a motorcycle
· Strong communication skills
· Good knowledge of locations and businesses in Georgetown
· Collect and deliver correspondence and packages from departmental heads ensuring timely dispatch to designated institutions.
· Prioritize deliveries with emphasis on time-sensitive matters, such as banking and payment-related documents.
· Maintain accurate records by logging hand-delivered mail and securing recipient signatures upon delivery.
· Clear the company’s post office box daily.
· Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the company motorcycle, reporting any repair needs promptly.
